You receive the start date, material lead times and a calendar showing the work planned each day. We update it when plans change. Kitchen demolition waits until the cabinetry arrives.

If finishes are still undecided, we can discuss a lower-finish and a higher-finish version. Your selections shape the estimate.
The schedule depends on the scope and material lead times. You receive your project schedule before construction, including the order of demolition, rough-in and finish work.
We wait for cabinetry to arrive before kitchen demolition. If the schedule changes, we keep you updated.
Yes. You receive a 3D rendering for approval before construction. Your kitchen worksheet, inspiration photos and the in-home measurements give the designer the information to work from.
Living at home can be part of the plan. We discuss the work and disruption with you before construction, including what to expect during demolition.
