We keep application information on file and use it only to consider applicants for work with the company.

Our website hosting and form providers process technical information needed to deliver the site, receive submissions, prevent abuse and maintain security. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, the page requested, the time of a request and the website that referred you.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure website visits, contact-link clicks and accepted estimate requests. We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and masked session replays to understand how visitors use our browsing pages and improve the website. These services process browser, device and usage information and may use cookies. Optional analytics stays off until you select Allow Analytics. You can decline or change your choice through Analytics Preferences in the footer. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers or form answers in our analytics events. Clarity is excluded from contact and application pages, and job application pages are excluded from Google Analytics. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled in this setup. The Meta Pixel is not installed.

If you visit us through an advertisement or interact with our pages on Google, Facebook or other platforms, those platforms process information under their own privacy policies. Their account and device settings control advertising preferences on those services.
